Education Counsellor
Own a student file from the first assessment to the day they fly. You will advise on countries, courses and finances, and stay the single point of contact throughout.

What you will be doing
- Assess academic records, budget and goals, then shortlist realistic countries and courses
- Build application files and submit to partner institutions, tracking every offer to a decision
- Prepare students for embassy and university interviews with mock sessions
- Run outreach sessions at Bharatpur and Narayangadh campuses
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM so any colleague can pick up your file
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with study-abroad or admissions exposure
- Two years counselling students for Australia, Canada, UK or Korea
- Working knowledge of GS/GTE, SDS and current visa documentation standards
- Fluent written and spoken English and Nepali
- PIER or ICEF certification is an advantage, not a requirement

Paid on time, every month
Salaries land on the last working day, festival bonus at Dashain, and a performance review every six months with the raise attached.

PIER and ICEF certification is sponsored, and our own IELTS, PTE and TOPIK classes are free for staff and their immediate family.
Familiarisation trips
Counsellors travel to partner campuses in Australia, Korea and the UK. You advise better on a country once you have walked it.

Medical insurance, provident fund, and leave that you are actually expected to take. Saturdays are closed and stay closed.
